Service Delivery Promise

  1. To develop from the outset an open dialogue with clients, learning what your needs are in order that 'Precedo Ltd' can complete an effective fact find exercise and offer value adding recommendations.
  2. To complete a thorough training needs analysis; to review and support the initial client dialogue with tangible evidence of existing practice.
  3. To agree an overall pricing with the client on completion of analysis for any agreed course of action (A reasonable upfront cost will be agreed with clients for the fact find exercise on an hourly rate basis once initial consultation has been completed)
  4. To write a proposed course of action that addresses clients needs through relevant and effective training solutions.
  5. To design professional training materials branded to clients template
  6. To deliver a training programme with full client support ensuring 'Precedo Ltd' achieves the agreed level of quality service.
  7. To agree a method of evaluation with the client that allows for transparent and tangible results to be reviewed.

John Burns

John has over twenty years experience in the service sector; for 14 years he worked in house managing Learning and Development functions. Employed by both private and public sector companies John has experience working with people from the clerical/coordinator level through to director level and has delivered practical, tangible and effective training solutions consistently throughout.

Joining National Westminster Bank John was selected for the Management Development Programme and became a member of the Chartered Inst. of Bankers obtaining qualifications in banking, finance and management. Continuing with his personal development John completed his Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development Training Practice qualification and joined Citigroup where he developed further experience as a HR professional in this global financial institution.

An active member of the British Junior Chamber of Commerce John completed his 'Prime' coaching award allowing him to train and coach across all UK branches of the BJC. Approached by Nestor (Primecare) John worked in the public sector working closely with 'GP's and Primary Care Trusts providing training solutions for out of hours 'GP' cover.

Completing his Post grad diploma in Human Resource Management and becoming a full member of the CIPD John progressed to HomeServe Claims Management where he continued to deliver training solutions to key stakeholders, obtaining his licence for the British Psychological Society and Occupational testing.

In 2010 John decided to set up his own consultancy focusing on offering bespoke training solutions for developing SME's, Not for profit organisations and service sector corporate entities.
